Marguerite Combs, 70, Berryton, passed away, Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at Stormont-Vail Hospital.
She was born October 7, 1937 in Topeka the daughter of Floyd and Florence Andrews.
Marguerite married Willard A. Combs December 25, 1964. He preceded her in death July 18, 1996. Survivors include her mother, Florence Andrews, her sister, Darlene Boruff, her brother, Paul Andrews, her daughters, Bonnie Billings, Bobbie Dennis, Sandy Newton, and Debbie Hull, seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and four nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Combs will lie in state after 12:00noon Friday at the Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Funeral services will be held 9:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the Center for Basic Cancer Research, Division of Biology, Ackert Hall, Kansas State University, Manhattan, 66506-4900.
