Margaret E. Rothfelder, 92, Topeka, died Monday, June 16, 2008 at Aldersgate Village.
Margaret was born February 16, 1916 in Towkawa, Oklahoma, to Gottlieb and Mary Eva (Dickey) Rothfelder. She graduated from Lyndon High School in 1934.
She was employed at Kansas Mutual Insurance Company in Topeka for over 25 years, retiring in 1984.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 19, 2008 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Burial will follow at 4:00 p.m. in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Axtell. Margaret will lie in state at the funeral home after 2:00 p.m. today.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis Community Partners, 1700 SW 7th, Topeka, Kansas 66606.
