Margaret Sue Miller

Margaret Sue Miller, 88, of Osage City, Kansas passed away Friday, February 21, 2025. She was born on October 17, 1936, in Newton, Kansas, the daughter of Charles and Mary Hamner. She graduated from Highland Park High School in 1954.

On March 14, 1959 she married Quincy Melvon Miller in Topeka. Before Quincy passed away in March of 2023, they celebrated 64 years of marriage. Together they had six children. Survivors include their children, Robert Miller, Jolene (Wayne) Clark, Vietta (Rick) Eubanks and Alois (Justin) Whalen; 20 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.

Margaret was a member of the Church of Christ, Rural Water #7 board member, and after raising five children, she worked for the COF as a house aide part-time.

She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Celeste Carol Miller, her oldest daughter, Veronica (Miles) Johnson, daughter-in-law, Rita (Robert)Miller and granddaughter, Gesina Miller.

Margaret enjoyed travel, quilting, old movies and most of all, her family.

A celebration of Margaret's life will be held on March 9, 2025, at 2 p.m. at the Section Church of Christ, 11553 W.Hwy 56, Osage City, Kansas. Memorial contributions can be made to In Search of the Lord's Way at www.searchtv.org.
