Margaret Ann Chellis, 90, of Topeka, passed away, Thursday, October 25, 2007 following a long illness.
She was born July 29, 1917 in Topeka the daughter of Ira and Ada Burdick.
Margaret married Clarence H. Chellis October 31, 1936. He preceded her in death in 1990. She was also preceded in death by her sister Mary Lou Burdick in 2000. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Chellis, Topeka.
Mrs. Chellis was a member of Light of the World Christian Center.
She will lie in state after 1:00 p.m., Monday, at the Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at the funeral home with burial to follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
