Louis J. Duncan, 94, of Topeka, passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2004 at a Topeka hospital. He was born August 27, 1910 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the son of Charles E. and Ola Cranfill Duncan. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma School of Pharmacy in 1931. He was a member of the Lions Club in Clinton, Oklahoma. He came to Topeka in 1998. He married Camilla Norman in 1931. She preceded him in death in 1973. He married Marcella Johnston in 1975. She preceded him in death in 1997. He was preceded in death by three grandsons, Kevin Paslay, Randy Paslay and Norman Duncan, Jr., and a step-daughter, Sue Gallehugh. Survivors include one daughter, Lila Paslay and her husband Ken of Topeka, grandson, Mark Paslay of Topeka, one son, Norman Duncan and his wife Susan of Denver, Colorado, step-daughter, Joyce Naylor of Norman, Oklahoma, a step-son, Gary Anderson and his wife Helen of Blunt, South Dakota, eleven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, one sister, Paula Johnston of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Graveside service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Resurrection Cemetery in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
