She is survived by her husband, Ted Scott of Topeka; a daughter, Elaine Scott of Lee's Summit, MO; a son, Mark Scott, of Ojai, CA; a brother-in-law, Maurice Cannady, of Van Nuys, CA and nieces and nephews in Denver, CO, Paso Roles, CA, Lake Okoboji, IA and Winterpark, FL.
The Scott family wants to thank the many friends who loved Lee and were a source of great encouragement and kindness during her long illness. They especially want to thank the devoted home and assisted caregivers of Heartland Hospice. Without their help, it would have made management of such a long-term disease impossible.
