Lois J. Kopfer

Lois J. Kopfer, 75 of Topeka, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2006 at a Topeka hospital. She was born on October 30, 1930 in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of George and Florence Bagemihl Hagberg. She had resided in Belton, MO prior to coming to Topeka in 2003. She was a a 50 year member of O.E.S. She married Duke Kopfer in September of 1954. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by one son, Eric Kopfer. Survivors include one daughter, Linda Mosby of Topeka, one grandson, Charles Bolinger of Harrisonville, MO, two sisters, Dorothy Heinz of AZ and Joanne Lynch of WI. Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Our Saviors Lutheran Church, 2021 S.W. 29th St. Private inurnment will take place at a later date. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. at the church on Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Lung Association, 4300 S.W. Drury Ln., Topeka, KS 66604. Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
