Lloyd J. Dixon, 85, Topeka, passed away February 17, 2018 at a local care center.
Lloyd was born October 11, 1932 in Garnett, the son of Lloyd J. and Charlotte L. (Potts) Dixon. He graduated from Lawrence High School and received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas.
He was employed as a sales service manager at Hills Pet Products for over 25 years and retired as the business manager at HTK Architects.
He was member of the Jehovah's Witnesses.
Lloyd married Barbara Shelton on May 1, 1959. She died September 19, 2010. Survivors include daughters, Shonna Haywood and Lisa Bevens, both of Topeka; 3 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Cremation has taken place and no public services are planned.
Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel is assisting with arrangements.
