Linvel D. Lakey, 85, passed away, Sat., Nov. 26, 2005, at a Topeka nursing home. He had lived in Kansas City, MO before moving to Topeka in 2001.
He is survived by his nieces: Mary Gehrt of Topeka, Florence Lakey and Wilma Hotson both of Sedalia, MO. He is also surved by his great-nephews: Steven Hall of Topeka, Thomas Schleininger II and Jeffrey Schleininger of Kansas City, MO. His great-nieces include Rene Hall of Topeka, Denise Williams of Houston, TX and Melanie Schleininger of Kansas City, MO.
Services were private. Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, Topeka was in charge of arrangements.
