Linda J. Prosser, 75, of Topeka, passed away Friday, July 15, 2016, at Midland Hospice House following a short illness.
Linda was born August 22, 1940, in Overland Park, KS, daughter of Virgil A. and Novella A. Prosser. At an early age Linda moved with her family to Vassar, KS. Linda graduated from Lyndon High School and was a longtime resident of Topeka. She was employed by the State of Kansas Department of Revenue for 36 years until her retirement.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Patricia Power; and niece, Shannon Power.
Linda is survived by her brothers, Max (Elaine) Prosser and VA (Sonja) Prosser; several nieces, nephews; and many good friends from her school years and workplace.
A graveside service will be held at a later date.
The family wishes to thank Linda's friends who supported her greatly during her illness.
