Letha L. Meyer, 94, Topeka, passed away November 2, 2018.
She was born in McFarland, KS, the daughter of George and Sophia (Iott) Gehrt.
Letha married Delmond Meyer on January 20, 1946 in Topeka, KS.
She was a member St. John's Lutheran Church and worked as the church secretary for over 25 years. She also worked for Washburn University.
She is survived by her son, Larry (Diane) Meyer; daughters, Connie (Richard) Pauley, Nancy North; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert Gehrt and a sister, Inez Hamilton.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Delmond, and one granddaughter, Rachelle Larsen.
Family will greet friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave. Topeka. The Funeral ceremony will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, November 8, 2018 at St. John's Lutheran Church, 901 SW Fillmore, Topeka, KS 66604. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, Topeka, KS.
