Lennae Michelle Bush, 49, died peacefully in her home Tuesday morning, November 4, 2008.
Lennae worked as a Registered Nurse and liveLd in Topeka, Kansas.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Yvonne Schwader, and a daughter Amanda Bush.
Survivors include her father, Richard D. Lee, Sr. of Topeka; brothers and sisters Rick Lee, Dennis Lee, and Jackie Alford of Topeka, and Jan McKenzie of Overland Park; daughters Jessica, Hollie, and Audrey; and grandson Tucker of Overland Park.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, Lennae requested donations to Sunflower Health Care Inc. Hospice, 112 S. Main St., Lansing, KS66043.
