Lee A. Reser, 69, of Topeka, passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2005 at Midland Hospice House. He had cancer. He was born on September 8, 1935 in Topeka, the son of Woodrow and Cayrl Denham Reser. He graduated from Topeka High School and attended classes at Kansas University. He worked for the Topeka Fire Department and retired as a Captain after 30 years of service. He also worked for Ed Marling's and Westlake Hardware. He was a motorcycle enthusiast and a member of the Harley Davidson Motorcycle Association. He married Barbara Feighney on July 2, 1955 in Topeka. She survives. Other survivors include five children, Cathy Lothson, Jeanine Heinisch, Gary Reser all of Topeka, Bob Reser of Kansas City, MO . Pam Morris of Olathe, 13 Grandchildren, one great-grandson, one brother, Woody Reser, Independence, MO, four sisters, Wendy Parman, Jackie D. Kraak, Sheryl Morris of Topeka and Carolyn Stull of Oswego. Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel.
