Lauren Kahler, 16, died November 28, 2009 at her great-grandmother's home in Burlingame, KS.
She was born May 10, 1993 to Kraig and Karen (Hetrick) Kahler in Greenville, TX.
She attended school in Weatherford, TX until a recent move to Columbia, MO where she was a junior at Rock Bridge High School. She had many friends in Weatherford and Columbia.
She enjoyed tennis, swimming and music. She played euphonium in school ensembles, and bass guitar in a rock band, Daze Off, with her sister Emily and a friend.
She is survived by her father Kraig Kahler, grandparents Wayne and Pat Kahler, grandparents Paul and Sandra Hetrick and Pat Hetrick, and brother Sean Kahler.
Services will be held at Federated Church in Burlingame, KS on Saturday, December 5 at 10:00 a.m.
