Larry Cook

Larry C. Cook, of Topeka, passed away Tuesday, June 13 at home after a brief illness.

He was born in Topeka, KS the son of Calvin and Marjorie Cook.

He was a graduate of Washburn University.

He married Patricia A. Weber on October 8, 1989 in Topeka. She survives. He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson, Jack Dylan Kindling.

Family members include daughters and sons: Carmen and husband Paul Eric Kindling, Angela and husband Bret Sharp, Laura Cook and husband Bill Lind, Dan and wife Tina Moison, Jimmy and wife Amy Moison; grandchildren: Tyler, Taylor, Paul Julian, Katelyn, Levi, Clayton, Jack Dylan, and Dayton; brothers: Steve Cook and Bill Oxendale; uncles: Charlie and Melvin Cook.

Larry will lie in state after 1:00 pm, Friday June 16 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel where the family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 pm that afternoon. A funeral service will be held at 9:00 am Saturday, June 17 at the funeral home. Private family burial will follow.
