Kimberly (Phillips) Thompson, 55, of Lenexa, passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2014.
She was born July 10, 1959, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of George and Virginia (Ralphs) Phillips. She was a graduate of Topeka West High School and K-State University.
Kimberly was employed by Lee Jeans as a Junior Designer.
Survivors include a daughters, Emily P. (Ryan) Roberts, Aubrey S. (Lance) Coufal, and Courtney E. Thompson; brother, R. David (Rosemary) Phillips; and 10 grandchildren, Parker, Bryce, Rylan, Kale, Lea, Lyric and Taegan Roberts, Deklin and Deyton Coufal, and Ajah Banks.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 27, 2014 at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Avenue, Topeka. Interment will follow in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery. Kimberly will lie in state after 4:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
