Kenneth Schuette

Kenneth M. "Kenny" Schuette, 66, of Denison, passed away Sunday, Sept. 6, 2009, at Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center. He was born Aug. 24, 1943, in Lebanon, TN to Emil and Lois Schuette.

Kenny graduated from Topeka High School in 1961.

On March 14, 1964, he married Marian E. Comstock, she survives.

He was a mechanic for Boyd's Auto Service for 45 years and Town & Country Motors for 2 years.

He was a member of West Side Christian Church.

Survivors include five daughters, Kimberly Markham and Susan Brown, both of Topeka; Barbara Ables of Hoyt; Jessica Schuette of the home; Marti Kearney of Scranton; 10 grandchildren and a sister, Adeline Falk of Topeka.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Glenda in 1983.

Kenny will lie in state after 3:00 p.m. Fri., Sept. 11 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Family will receive friends from 6:30-8:00 p.m. that evening. Funeral services will be held at West Side Christian Church at 11:00 a.m. Sat. Interment will follow in the Garden Chapel at Topeka Cemetery.
