Kenneth William Perkins, 80, of Topeka, formerly of Chicago, IL, passed away, Wednesday, February 14, 2007.
He was born May 9, 1926 the son of William (Bill) and Gertrude Perkins. He spent his youth in Parsons, KS and graduated from high school there.
Kenneth spent 36 years working in Chicago for the Illinois Department of Employment Security. Last August he moved into a retirement apartment in Topeka, KS.
Mr. Perkins was cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to the organization of the donor's choice. Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel is assisting with cremation. To leave a special message online, please visit www.PenwellGabel.com.
