Katharine "Delphine" Catron

Katharine "Delphine" Catron, 93, of Topeka, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014. She was born October 21, 1920, in Valley Falls, Kansas, the daughter of Albert and Alice (Irwin) Rolin.
Delphine was a data recorder for Blue Cross & Blue Shield for 20 years, retiring in 1985. She was a member of the East Side Baptist Church for over 65 years.
On February 22, 1939 she married Ronald Eugene Catron in Oskaloosa, KS. He preceded her in death on November 9, 1998.
Survivors include her children, Joyce (Clyde) Bell, Riverside, CA; Joe Catron (Donna Garrett), Topeka and Linda (Dennis) Baranski, Lecompton; eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1pm., Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel. Burial will follow at Penwell-Gabel Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services.
Memorial contributions may be made to Presbyterian Manor Good Samaritan Fund, 4712 SW 6th Topeka, KS 66606.
