Justice Bernard Foote,II, 67, of Topeka, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019.
He was born January 16, 1951, in Lansing, Kansas, the son of Justice and Margaret (Drake) Foote.
He loved his family and his animals.
Justice married Susan (Beard) Kotsch in 1980. They later divorced.
Survivors include a son, Justin (Kylah) Foote; grandchildren, Kaylee, Jared; companion, Shannon Gillum; sister, Carol (Joe) Casale; brothers, James Foote, Douglas Duffy.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandson, Justin Lee Foote, Jr.
A Funeral Ceremony will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave. Topeka, KS 66604
The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be at a later date at Memorial Park Cemetery.
