Julie Miller, 79, of Topeka, passed away on August 3, 2019 at Midland Care Hospice.
She was born on August 25, 1939 in Junction City, KS the daughter of Richard N. Smith and Pauline Lucille (Denver) Smith.
She graduated from Junction City High School, and went on to attend Kansas State University, where she studied art.
Julie enjoyed spending time with family, and was very active at Light of the World Christian Center.
She married Larry Miller. He preceded her in death on September 19, 2012.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; sister, Jackie Rawlings-Hittle; and son-in-law, Kevin Kuenzi.
Survivors include children, Shari Kuenzi and Scott Clark; sister, Peggy Hanna (Chuck), Deanne Jackson; eight grandchildren
A celebration of Julie's life will be held 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at Circle S Ranch, 3325 Circle S Ln, Lawrence, KS 66044.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Julie Miller Memorial Fund c/o First State Bank, Attn: Dave Barrett, P.O. Box 7, Perry, KS 66073.
