Judith A. Starkey, 84, came into this world on September 29, 1938 and departed on August 25, 2023. She was the oldest of four children born to Kermit C. and Ethel (Miller) Gilliland. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Melody; sister, Margie and brother, Kermit.
She is survived by her brother, Fredrick L. Gilliland and his wife, Sally and many nieces and nephews.
Judy retired from the former Saint Francis Hospital with many years of service.
At her request, she has been cremated. A private family gathering will take place at a later date.
