Judith Janice Connors, 75, passed away on October 27, 2020 at home in hospice care.

Judy was born September 8, 1945 in Buffalo, New York, the daughter of James Wallace Allen of Canada and Hazel Jeanette Wind of Buffalo, New York. The family moved to California in the mid 1950's and settled in Fontana, where both her parents worked for the Kaiser Steel Mill.

Judy married Warren R. Connors Jr. in Twin Peaks, California on May 15, 1993, he passed away September 14, 2014.

Judy is also preceded in death by her parents, James and Hazel Allen; brothers, Ralph R. Allen (2004) and Thomas J. Allen (2005).

Judy is survived by her brother's daughter, Kimberly L. Allen of Santa Barbara, Ca.; friend, Pat Doll and her children Marshelle Doll and Andrew Doll, and numerous cherished friends.

She attended some college after graduating Fontana High School in 1963 and from there worked with San Bernardino County Sheriffs Department in the Transportation Division as a Deputy Sheriff, until she let that position in 1973 to work for Southern Pacific Railroad as a clerk.

She stayed with Southern Pacific Railroad until she married her boss, Warren Connors, and then gave up her job and traveled with him as his job moved her to another railroad, the Santa Fe, and from there to the different locations they moved him to - San Bernardino, California to Topeka, Kansas to Fort Worth, Texas and back to Topeka where they stayed until they both passed away.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 3616 SW 6th Avenue, Topeka.

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
