John C. Kleinschmidt

John C. Kleinschmidt, 79, of Topeka passed away July 5, 2022. He was born on November 24, 1942 to Clarence and Vera (Seefeld) Kleinschmidt.
John was a member of Susanna Wesley United Methodist Church.
He worked for the State of Kansas Transportation as an Engineer Technician until his retirement.
John was a true outdoorsman. He loved to go hunting and fishing throughout the year and encourage his family and friends to join him on his adventures.
He is survived by his wife Diane; children Scott (Penny) Kleinschmidt and Susan (Jeremy) Poling; four grandchildren; one great grandchild and his brother, Jim (Mary) Kleinschmidt.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Bonnie.
Private family services will be at a later date in Hays, Kansas.
