Jo Ann passed away November 6, 2003 at her home. She was born May 27, 1949 in Hackensack, NJ the daughter of Howard and Rosaria Donnell.
She received her Master's Degree from University of Pittsburgh. Jo Ann was employed by Topeka Independent Living and Resource Center as a Disability Rights Activist.

Funeral Services will be held at 7:00PM Monday, November 10, 2003 at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel. Jo Ann will lie in state from noon on Monday at the funeral home where a visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00pm. Memorial contributions may be made to Kansas ADAPT or sent in care of the funeral home.
