Jessie A. Bowman

Jessie Bowman, age 92, died Saturday, March 26, 2016, at Midland Hospice Care in Topeka.
She was born in Miller, Kansas and married Walter Bowman on May 6, 1945. She worked at the VA Hospital in Topeka for many years where she received several commendations. She was a member of Crestview United Methodist Church for over 25 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, various church activities, and playing cards with many friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Seaman, and granddaughters, Kim Oliver and Melanie Seaman and their families. Walter Bowman preceded her in death November 13, 2004.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday April 2, 2016, at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave., Topeka, KS.
