Jerry Frost

Jerry Lee Frost, 71, of New Smyrna Beach, FL, passed away at his home on November 5, 2008. He was born May 17, 1937, in Topeka, KS, the son of Arthur and Alice Frost. He grew up in Topeka and graduated from Topeka High School in 1955. He married Marilyn Buell on May 18, 1956. They had five children and were later divorced. Jerry moved to New Smyrna Beach, FL, in 1985. He was employed by R.R. Donnelly and retired in December 2007. He is survived by five daughters: Paula Frost, Topeka; Susan Still, Topeka; Michelle Zimmerman, Topeka; Vicky Kelly, Auburn; Melissa Frost, Topeka; two brothers: Robert Frost, Fresno, CA; Leonard Frost, New Smyrna Beach, FL; two sisters: Audrey Scharmen, Lusby, MD; and Judy Longstaff, Topeka; 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and one sister. A memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 14 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel.
