Jennifer Renee Dultmeier, 19, rural Tecumseh, died at a Topeka hospital
Saturday, October 26, 2002 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident early that morning.
Born September 23, 1983 in Topeka, the daughter of James (Jim) A. Dultmeier and Lori
J. Dodd Dultmeier, Jennifer attended schools in the Shawnee Heights District and graduated
from Shawnee Heights Senior High School in 2002. She was a baptized, active member of
Central Church of Christ; a valued Hastings Books' employee, an accomplished artist, and a
freshman at Washburn University.
Survivors include her parents, Jim and Lori Dultmeier, Tecumseh; two brothers, Justin A.
and David A. Dultmeier of the home; paternal grandparents Leon R. and Mary M. Dultmeier,
Topeka; maternal grandparents Howard D. and Doris F. Dodd, Topeka. Surviving also are 18
aunts and uncles and 29 first cousins, many of the Topeka area.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Central Church of Christ with burial
services following at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Miss Dultmeier will lie in state after 3 p.m.
Monday at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel, where the family will receive friends
From 6 to 8 pm.
