Jeanette A. "Jane" Hahn, 74, passed away Friday, November 30, 2012, in Topeka.
Jane was born November 27, 1938, in Lost Springs, KS. She graduated from Lost Springs High School. Jane married Kenneth Eugene "Gene" Hahn in 1964, in Topeka. She retired from Southwestern Bell in 1990, after 35 years of service. Jane also worked at the YMCA, WalMart, and Dillons Grocery Store in the deli department. She enjoyed spending time with her grandson and her daughter and enjoyed her time and friends at work.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sisters; and two brothers.
Jane is survived by her daughter, Lisa Germonprez, Lansing, KS; grandson, Nicklaus Germonprez, Lansing, KS; her loving companion, Charles "Buddy" Griffiths; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 4, 2012, at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel. Family will greet friends an hour prior to the service. A private inurnment will take place at a later date at Rochester Cemetery.
