Janet Pauline Ten Eyck

Janet Pauline Ten Eyck, 77, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2012 at her Topeka home after a long illness. She was born on May 25, 1934 in Lincoln, Kansas to Herman and Pauline (Weber) Meyer.

Janet graduated from Lincoln High School in 1952. Janet moved to Topeka and married Dale Ten Eyck on May 12, 1961. She was a typist for Staufer Publications, Kansas Department of Revenue and Trinity Universal. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church.

Janet is survived by her husband, Dale, two sons, Steven and Brian Ten Eyck; two grandsons, Trenton and Brady Ten Eyck all of Topeka and one brother, Dale H. (Marilyn) Meyer of Leawood, KS.

A funeral ceremony will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, February 7 at St. John's Lutheran Church. Burial will follow in the Penwell-Gabel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 pm until 7 pm on Monday at the Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel.
