Janet L. Wolc

Janet L. Wolc, 67, of Scranton, passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2006 at her home in Scranton. Janet was born on June 1, 1939, the daughter of Herman and Ruth Coe Schultz, who preceded her in death along with her two brothers, Richard and Dan Schultz and one grandchild, Blake Wolc. Janet was married to Louis J. Wolc on February 1, 1958. Survivors include five children, Louis J. Wolc, Jr. and Kay-Cee Singer of Texas, Doug Wolc, Kelly McDaniel and Craig Wolc all of Kansas, six grandchildren, Natalie, Austin, Brent, Morgan and Mallory Wolc and Allyssa McDaniel, and one brother, Stephen Schultz of Texas. Graveside services will held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Penwell-Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum. Burial will follow. Janet will not lie in state. Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
