Jane E. Kroll


Passed away on December 20, 2003 in Lawrence, KS. She was born in Collinsville, Illinois the daughter of Ralph and Elsie Cornwell. She grew up in Gridley Illinois and graduated from Gridley High School. She received her nursing diploma from St. Luke's School of Nursing in Chicago. She moved to Topeka in 1957 where she lived until this year. Jane was a active member of First Congregational Church in Topeka and participated in a variety of community activites. She married Harry G. Kroll in 1951. He died in 2002. Survivors include two sons, David Kroll, North Glenn, CO, and Paul Kroll, Minneapolis, MN, a daughter, Linda Gutierrrez, Lawrence, KS, a sister Evelyn Grace, Gridley, IL, five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and many wonderful friends. Cremation is planned. Memorial services will be held at First Congregational Church in Topeka at 11:00 a.m., January 5, 2004 Memorial contributions may be made to First Congregational Church, 1701 SW Collins, Topeka, KS 66604.
