James Thomason
James Robert Thomason, Jr., 58 of Topeka, passed away, Tuesday, July 27, 2010. He was born December 11, 1951 in Olney, IL to James and Wanda Thomason. He was preceded in death by his father and his first wife, Guadalupe Thomason.
Mr. Thomason was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He lived much of his life in Texas. He moved to Topeka in 2007. Survivors include his current wife and step-daughter, Carolyn Thomason and Michelle Perez; his mother and step-father, Wanda and Howard Parsley; his sister and brother-in-law, Brenda and Don Jones; and many other family.
Graveside military honors will be held at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery, Ft. Bliss, TX on August 2 at 10:30. Memorial contributions may be given to Doorstep, Inc. To leave a message for the family online, please visit www.PenwellGabelTopeka.com.
