James Walter Howard, born September 19, 1933 in Denver Colorado, died Friday April 16, 2021 in Topeka. He was a long-time Topeka resident and a career state employee. He served two years in the United States Army as a radio field repairman.
A public visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at the Penwell Gabel Midtown Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave, Topeka, Kansas 66604. A private burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
