78, Topeka, Passed away February 8, 2004 at the Topeka VA Hospital. He was born October 30, 1925 in Harrison, Arkansas the son of Frank and Odia Keef. James served in the US Navy during World War II. He was a mobile home court manager. He is survived by a son, Roger Keef, San Fernando, CA. Three sisters Midge Herran Viareal, CA, Helen Keith, Pine Valley, CA, Mary Munoz, Viareal, CA. A brother Dime Keef, Arkansas. 2 grandchildren. two great grandchidren. His extended family Beth, Matthew, Alynn McCarter. Cremation is planned. A memorial service will be held at Colmery-O'neil VA Hospital at 10:00AM, Thursday, February 12, 2004. Inurnment will be Friday at Fort Leavenworth National Cemetery.
