Jaidyn Mae Cebulski, infant daughter of Jeff and Brandy (Allison) Cebulski, passed away on April 9, 2013 at St. Francis Health Center. Other survivors include her sisters, Jemah and Joslynn.
A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, April 19 at the Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home, 1321 SW 10th Ave, Topeka, KS 66604.
