Helen Becker
Helen L. Becker, 93, passed away May14 at Lexington Park Nursing Center. She was born Jan. 11, 1915 in Council Bluffs, IA, the daughter of Herbert and Bessie (Stager) Cooper.
Helen graduated from Topeka High School and was a budget analyst for the Federal Civil Service, retiring after 30 years. She was a member of Westside Christian Church.
Survivors include her family, Martha, Marc, Ashley and Megan Lutz. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m., Sat., May 17 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to service time on Sat. Burial will follow at Penwell-Gabel Cemetery.
Memorials in Helen's name may be sent to West Side Christian Church or Midland Hospice.
