Harry F. Bahr
Mr. Harry F. Bahr, 80, of Topeka passed away Monday, June 14, 2004 at home. He was born in Gridley, KS on Feb. 19, 1924, the son of Joseph and Rosa Esslinger Bahr.
Harry was employed by Union Central Life Insurance for over 40 years. He was a Member of Lowman United Methodist Church and a U. S. Army, WWII veteran.
Mr. Bahr was preceded in death by his first born son Keith and his wife Delpha. Surviving are two sons, one brother, one sister and five grandchildren.
Harry will lie in state at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town on Friday beginning at noon; the family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to Midland Hospice.
