Glenn "Dean" DeGraw, 86, of Topeka, passed away Friday, November 12, 2010.
He was born February 6, 1924 in Onaga, Kansas, the son of Osa and Etta (Lieb) DeGraw.
He served in the U.S. Army during WW II, stationed in Germany.
He was employed as a foreman at the Supply Depot until retiring in 1973.
He was a member of the University United Methodist Church. He was a former member of the American Legion. He enjoyed bowling and traveling.
Dean married Margie Tucker on April 8, 1950 in Clay Center, KS. She survives. Other survivors include a brother, Galen DeGraw, Topeka; other family members, Debra Morrison-Orton, Sheila Strouse; numerous nieces, nephews and their children. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Marjorie Price.
Funeral ceremonies will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at the Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave., Topeka. Interment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Topeka.
