Georgia Marie Tribble

Georgia (Ree) Dooty Tribble, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother, adventurer, lifelong learner, went to be with her Lord on September 28, 2024. At 101 years and 4 months Ree had experienced so many wonderful advancements in her amazing life. She was born May 14, 1923 in Melvern, Kansas, daughter of Joseph Samuel Dooty and Edna McIntosh Dooty. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Eugene Tribble. They were married September 11, 1947, in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. She was a lifelong Christian, who experienced many protestant faith traditions being a military wife. She has 4 children: Dona Hokanson (Richard), Charles Tribble (Tina), Nancy Leon (Ross) and Diane Fierro (Bernie). She has 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren, that she loved dearly. 

There will be a celebration of her life at 1p.m. Friday, October 4, 2024 at Mt. Hope Chapel, 4700 SW 17th St., Topeka, KS 66604.
