Gary A. Johnson, 43, Topeka, passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at his home.
Gary was born July 14, 1967 in Winchester, the son of Gary Johnson and Sharon (Godfrey) Stevens. He attended Jefferson West High School and later received his GED.
He had been employed at Midway Auto Parts and later was a manager at several O'Reilly Auto Parts Stores.
Gary married Jody Smith on February 20, 1998 in Miami, OK. She survives. Other survivors include their children, Tristan and Trevor; his parents Tom and Sharon Stevens, Meriden, Gary and Marilyn Johnson, Meriden; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 16, 2010 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Private family inurnment will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Tristan and Trevor Johnson Education Fund.
