Frieda Belnay

Frieda Belnay, 83, of Topeka, passed away Sunday, October 17, 2004 at a local care facility.
She was born Ocober 7, 1921 in Kassel, Germany to Conrad and Anna Dumeier.
She graduated from Park Ridge High School in Park Ridge, NJ.
She married Alex Belnay on October 12, 1940 in Montvale, NJ. He preceded her in death on January 17, 1973.
She was active in The Pascack Valley Women's Club in the 1960's. She ws also involved with the Fred Astaire Dance Studio's, competing in ballroom dance events. Her hobbies included oil painting and gardening. She was also an avid reader.
Survivors include: a son, Conrad A. Belnay and his wife, Donna, of Topeka; two granddaughters, Olivia J. Belnay and Amanda M. Morrow of Topeka; a grandson, Trevor C. Belnay of Topeka; two great grandchildren; Taylor and Tanner Morrow of Topeka.
Cremation is planned . Burial will take place at a later date in New Jersey.
