Frances Jenkins, 95, of Topeka, died on Sunday, June 1, 2014.
She was born on November 5, 1918 to Albert and Minnie (Miller) Kersten in Marysville, KS.
Survivors include her two sisters, Maggie Eddy of Topeka and Allene Rhodes of Marysville as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lowell Jenkins, her parents, and her twin sister, Catherine Scheibe.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00a.m., Friday, June 6 at Mount Hope Cemetery, 4700 SW 17th St., Topeka.
Frances will lie in state from 3:00-7:00p.m., Thursday, June 5 at the Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave., Topeka.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Hospice 3715 SW 29th, Suite 100 Topeka, KS 66614.
