Fernando Villa-Martinez, 69, Topeka, passed away Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at a local hospital.
Fernando was born July 27, 1952 in Mexico City, Mexico, the son of Francisco Villa- Carmona and Justina Martinez-Sanchez.
He came to the United States in 1976.
He was a welder and was employed in Denver, CO.
He attended Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.
Survivors include daughters, Mariana Villa, Karla Villa and Patti Villa, all of Topeka; son, Omar Garcia; 9 grandchildren; and sisters, Teresa Villa-Martinez and Miriam Villa-Martinez.
Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 7, 2022 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Inurnment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
