Evelyn B. Link, 84, Topeka, died Thursday Aug. 12, 2004 at a local hospital.
She was born July 21, 1920 in Topeka, KS, the daughter of Estle M. and Myrtle M. Miller Large.
Evelyn worked as a waitress most of her life.
She married Harry R. Link Sept. 14, 1937 in Lyndon, KS he died May 25, 1987. Evelyn later married Luther Poteet Nov. 3, 1995 in Topeka, KS he died Jan. 16, 2000.
She was preceded in death by a son Robert M. Link died Sept. 21, 1974 and a daughter Shirley M. Andrews died March 17, 2001
Survivors include her son Billy D. Link, Topeka, KS, daughter Carolyn Hobbs, Topeka, KS
8 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren 1 Great Great Grandson
Graveside Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, Aug. 16 2004 at Topeka Cemetery at the Garden Chapel.
Mrs. Link will lie in state after 1:00 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 15, 2004 at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel where the family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
