Evangeline L. Collyge-Cannon, 60, passed away on April 27, 2018 at Midland Care Hospice House.
She was born on May 15, 1957 in Cameron, LA to Joe and Delores Ann Collyge. She graduated from Kansas School for the Deaf in Olathe, KS in 1977.
Evangeline was an artist who loved drawing, dancing, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She married Clifford Kent Cannon on August 24, 1999. He preceded her in death on June 7, 2005. She was also preceded in death by her father; as well as siblings, Sherry L. Evans, Jo Ann Scholler, and Ginnie Collyge.
She is survived by a daughter, LizBeth Ann Evans (Nathan); mother, Deloris Ann Collyge; siblings, Elaine Reyes, Susan Smith, Erica Collyge, Loretta Collyge, Leslie Collyge, and Joe Collyge; grandchildren, Cassidy Sunshine Evans, Keaton Moon Evans, LilyBelle Apolina Evans; numerous nieces and nephews; and her loving companion, Wayne.
The family will host a reception from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at the Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Avenue, Topeka.
