Ethel Stauffer, 95, of Topeka, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2014.
She was born March 14, 1919, in Olsburg, Kansas, the daughter of Harry and Lettie (Yeager) Stauffer.
Ethel was employed as a secretary at Ray Beers Clothing for 46 years, retiring in 1991. She then served as a receptionist and greeter at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel until 2011.
Miss Stauffer was a member of the Grace Episcopal Cathedral, of Topeka.
Survivors include nieces, Venice Mercer and Alice Bills, nephews, John King, Dennis Stauffer, Donald Stauffer, Curtis Grindal and David Grindal. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters Ercell King and Mayme Grindal and her brothers, George, Claude and Roy Stauffer.
Ethel was cremated. Inurnment will be at Olsburg Cemetery in Olsburg, Kansas.
