Enid Dorothy Richards Johnsen, 94, Topeka, passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2007.
She was born in Port of Spain, Trinidad, WI. on November 8, 1913 to Joseph and Madeline Richards-Choong. Enid was one of 13 children.
Enid married Sverre Emil Johnsen. He passed away, September 1959.
She is survived by two sisters, Ena (Egbert) Au Yong, Toronto, CDA; Joyce Richards, North Port, FL; one brother, Winston Choong, Trinidad, WI.; five daughters, Patricia (Charles) Ng Tang, Valrico, FL; Ingrid (Bruce) Schmitz-Robinson, Topeka, KS; Astrid (Michael) Smith, Minneapolis, MN; Turid Kaehny, Cary, NC; Eldrid (Tom) Truelove, Pennington, NJ; one son, Sverre Emil (Donna) Johnsen, Valley Stream, NY; eleven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one grandchild, James J. "JJ" Smith.
She was cremated. No services are planned.
Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel is handling the arrangements.
