Elsie Hilbert

Elsie Hilbert, 87, of Topeka, passed away 02-10, 2006.

She grew up in Richland, Kansas. Mrs. Hilbert retired after 24 years with Capper's Weekly.

Elsie was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years Claude G. Hilbert. Survivors include her children, Larry Hilbert and his wife Sherrill, Connie Proctor and her husband Art of Edmond, OK; her grandchildren, Cyndi Howe, Brad Hilbert, Tami Proctor and Stacy Nemecek, six great grandchildren and one sister, Ruth Tyler.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 15, 2006 at the Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Mrs. Hilbert will lie in state and the family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Penwell-Gabel's Memorial Park Cemetery.
