Elizabeth (Boon) Kiene, 96, of Topeka, KS, passed away on Sunday, December 17th, 2017 at Brewster Place.
She was born on February 22, 1921 in Topeka, KS to Arthur Boon and Rollena (Sweangen) Boon. She graduated from Topeka High School.
Elizabeth married Edward "Max" Kiene on January 17, 1942 in Topeka, KS. He preceded her in death on March 1, 2016. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Byron Boon.
Max and Liz spent many happy years after their retirement cruising, golfing, and enjoying family and friends.
She is survived by daughters Jeanne Emerson (Denis Connelly) of Marble Falls, TX, and Martha Sue Pearson of Las Vegas, NV.
Private inurnment will take place at a later date at Penwell-Gabel Cemetery & Mausoleum.
